Bulvard LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates FaceStabilizer, a desktop video processing application (“Software”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We built FaceStabilizer with privacy as a core principle. Your videos are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

Information You Provide
- Email address: When you download FaceStabilizer or create an account, we collect your email address.
- Payment information: When you purchase a Pro subscription, payment is processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. We do not directly collect or store your credit card details. Lemon Squeezy’s privacy policy governs their handling of payment data.
- Support communications: If you contact us at support@facestabilizer.com, we retain the content of those communications to assist you.
Information Collected Automatically
- License validation data: When the Software validates your license key, a request is sent to our payment provider’s servers containing your license key and a device identifier. This is used solely to verify your subscription status.
- Basic device identifier: A hardware-based identifier is generated locally to bind your license to your device. This identifier is not used for tracking and is only sent during license activation and validation.
Information We Do Not Collect
- Your videos: All video processing happens locally on your device. We never upload, access, view, or store your video files.
- Usage analytics: We do not track how you use the Software, what features you use, or how often you use them.
- Location data: We do not collect your location.
- Browsing data: We do not use cookies or trackers in the Software.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the Software and process your subscription
- Validate your license key
- Send you important product updates (e.g., new versions, security notices)
- Respond to your support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:

- Cloudflare (website hosting and email routing): Hosts our website and routes email. Their privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
4. Data Retention
- Email address: Retained as long as you have an account or active subscription. You may request deletion at any time.
- Payment records: Retained by Lemon Squeezy as required by tax and financial regulations.
- Support communications: Retained for as long as needed to resolve your inquiry, then deleted.
- License data: Retained as long as your subscription is active. Deleted upon request after cancellation.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your personal information
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for communications

8. International Users
Bulvard LLC is based in the United States. If you use the Software from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Software, you consent to this transfer.
